Join us on 5th September for Café Church Al Fresco!

This months Theme: Welcoming

We are holding July's Cafe Church in the Vicarage Garden, where will be able to resume selling hot drinks and pastries from the Vicarage Kitchen! Starts at 10:30 am with a short act of worship approx. 11 am.

We have enough chairs and cups for all, but should you be more comfortable with your own rug/mug/chair, please feel free to bring it with you. There will hopefully be contactless payment available, but we recommend you bring cash with you just in case. There is no parking at the vicarage, should you need to drive, please park safely in one of the side roads.

IF IT IS RAINING - Please come up to the Church instead!

St. Giles Cafe Church is a relaxed style of meeting which encourages conversation and reflection on a different theme each month.  Activities are offered for children.  There is a bit of music, some thought-provoking input often using pictures or video resources, and a short prayer time.  It is very open-ended - come and go as you wish.  Pre-COVID, Cafe Church met in the Peace Memorial Hall.  We are currently meeting online via Zoom. The link for this event will be shared via our mailing list, if you are not signed up and would like to join in, please email This email address is being protected from spambots.
