FAQs.....

Age?

Usually from about 12 upwards. It is just a question of height. But it is never too late to start.

Fitness?

The limiting factor at Codicote is our steep spiral staircase with 33 steps. Otherwise you need only good upper body mobility. It does not require particular strength.

In other nearby Churches ringing is from the ground floor

Abilities?

Bellringing does not require any particular musical or mathematical ability. A sense of rhythm, co-ordination and ability to recognise patterns is an advantage.

We are bringing back our group for Pre-School aged children (0-4 years) and their parents/carers in church, it is fortnightly on Tuesdays from 9.30-10.30am. The next date is the 14th June, and as always there will be toys, tea and cake!
