Remembrance Service

We will have our Act of Remembrance at the War Memorial in the churchyard at approximately 10.50 am, after the parade has arrived. Members of village groups and wider organisations will lay wreaths and we will remember those lost in conflict by name.

 

All are warmly welcomed to the special service for all ages that will follow the Act of Remembrance. There will be play mats and toys at the back of Church for younger children to use under the supervision of their parents. 

 

We will be directing people into the churchyard through the vehicle entrance, please follow the signs, there will be stewards on hand to help. We ask that where possible people come into the churchyard, rather than stand in the road, and do not sit or lean on the churchyard wall as it is fragile and poses a safety risk, thank you.
